What to look for when choosing car insurance?

When choosing car insurance, you should be extremely careful and cautious.
Alot of the time, a car insurance company will put a big number or name in your face to get you to purchase their insurance over another companies'. They'll even go as far as comparing their insurance to other companies, and sometimes EVERY other car insurance company.

1) You should look for "special coverage". Some car insurance companies don't cover things like motorcycles or  boats. So you would need to look for this.

2) A big thing to look for when looking for car insurance is the discounts. Car insurance companies will offer discounts from everything from being a teenager, a senior, to even just being you.

3) Look at the reputation of the car insurance company you are interested in. You would not want to be insured by a company that has low reputation, that would not be good for you or anyone else that would be insured by them. Make sure you check this out.

4) Look for a "Loaner Car Policy". Have you ever thought to yourself "What would happen if my car got destroyed and I couldn't get to work"?. Well, some car insurance companies will give you a loaner car for when they are in the process of fixing your car that gets damaged. This is a nice perk to have.
